Did you know that you can use Essential Oils to cook with, marinate, or enhance flavors in your daily diet?
For example, LEMON is a great addition to lemonade. You only need one to two drops per pitcher of lemonade.
Add a hint of LEMON to your deserts: lemon cake, cupcakes, cheesecakes, lemon bread, and pound cake with eight to ten drops added to the batter. Use three to five drops for your icing.
Add a drop or two of LEMON to your favorite sweet juice. Or, as a cleansing drink, combine LEMON and unsweetened cranberry juice with water.
Add LEMON to any salad dressing or marinade to enhance the other flavors and excite your taste buds!
Mix with butter to use on steamed fish or vegetables.
